why a credit report?
Just wondering how important credit is when trying to lease a new apartment? My husband and I are trying to lease a bigger apartment and our credit is poor, but we have great renting history and income so we are wondering how much credit will play into the management's decision.

Credit considerations are subjective with each LL or property mgr., although a trouble-free rental history is always a good hand. You'll just have to toss your cards up and see how they fall. Good luck.
