roomate issues on personal property; how do you file against her for taking possesion of all my things by locking me out of the house?

I assume her name is "Darci:.

Go to your nearest Superior Court, and get a packet of small claims forms, or you can get them on the internet.

Also, depending on whether she is on the lease, or not, you might contact your landlord.

Also, you might want to retain an attorney to write a demand letter to her. I find this works more often than not.
