My daughteer purchased a mobile home which she lived in with her dad, they got into an argument one day and he kicked her out. He has now moved out of the mobile home himself and is planning to rent it out. What does she need to do to get it back?

If she had the title to the house it is hers. She can move back whenever she wants. If he causes problem she can call the cops and get assistance.
