Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

My daughter is living with 3 roommates. 2 of them drink heavily and there have already been police involved. They let people in the house that robbed and assaulted them and other people in the home. They also through a brick through the sliding glass door. There has been a physical altercation with one of their roommates. My daughter wants to move because she's afraid things will escalate. There is a lease what can she do. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

She an find someone to take over her part of the lease. She can leave, she may have some damages, but getting out of that kind of situation would be worth any damages....

You may be able to negotiate with the landlord...
