You need to supply us with additional information as what if any connection you have to the rental unit involved, its tenants, property owner, etc. How close is your name to what you listed, as minor mistakes are allowed if it is obvious who is being sued/named.

Immediately call the attorney who filed the suit and tell him/her your lack of any connection to the matter and will they please send to you a letter agreeing that "your name" is not a party to the lawsit No._____ nor to the rental unit it is related to. If the attorney does not speak to you or refuses to clear up the confusion, immediately e-mail the attorney that you received the Summons and Complaint in ______County Superior Court, case No., on ____ [date]. You called him/her to clarify the matter but he/she __________. You live at __[address}. phone number ____________, your legal name is ____________ and you have never gone by the name of Timothy Hung Jin Choi or any reasonable variations of it, you are not a tenant of the unit and never signed a contract as to it, your driver's license number is not the one stated in the Complaint, and any other errors in the documents "served". That based upon these facts, legally you have not been served and are not a party to the action and any default judgment that might be entered would be against THJC and not you.

If any of what I suggested is incorrect, please tell me. Lawyers do sometimes make mistakes in service of suits; you should find out why the mistake was made as to you.
