Demurrer
How do I file a demurret to a complaint of unlawfull detainer? What form do I use? Can this case be refered to ADR, and if so, how do I facilitate this?

There is no form for a demurrer. To file a demurrer, the complaint myst be defective on its face.
Unlawful detainers are not subject to ADR.
