deposit returned

If i am vacating premises on the 18th of april and rent is due on april 1st, can i stay until the 18 without worry of eviction and forfeit my deposit?

Yes, as long as you pay the pro rata rent through April 18.

Divide your monthly rent by 30 to find daily rent, and multiply by 18, although you can also take 18/30ths which is 60%. Pay rent through April 18.

The above assumes that your lease ends on the 18th of April.
