I was directed to serve the three days notice again
The judge said that I need to serv the three day notice again because it need to comply with section 1162.I will do it but my question is: What should I do after serve the notice.

It is likely you will have to file another unlawful detainer lawsuit with the court and pay a new filing fee -- that is, if the tenant doesn't pay within the three-day time period.
