discriminating and harrassing land lord

my friend and person i help take care of is living in a senior living apt and he has been harrassed by management re visitors. he has been served a notice to perform covenant on june 17 saying overnite guest are only welcome 5 days and overnite guest are to registe with landlordr and not stay 10 days in 60 day period must also they lied on theis notice saying they attempted to serve this notice by handing it to him and by mail not true i often visit and help him because he request my help and on days i work i sometimes stay overnite and drive his truck to work he has late hours sometimes but not loud or disrespectful to neighbors or causing harm to anyone there i am mixed and have black in me and he is mixed and indian and we feel thats why he is being singled out just to make him move the notice dated 6/17 had not expired yet and they tell him today no they do not want me around and dont wont his gues cluttering the garage another thing that didnt happen. making false accusation and not giving him no chance to even answer letter threatening him to do so by registering or get out but prior to dead line saying to they would not even accept it if he did
