What document should I file to withdraw a Temporary restraining order?

It depends greatly on what type of TRO you obtained. You need to post more facts, or better yet, contact the clerk of the Court where the TRO was issued to determine what they need to withdraw the order. You can also simply ignore the order if it is no longer necessary.
