My next door stole my monye

During my apartment renovation, I gave $100 for dumping my old furniture to my ext door uy. He supposed to give me the receipt He stole $20 and gave $80 to my other neighbor who is originally told me to dump my stuff. I found this truth later. It happened in July this year. My next door guy thinks it's OK because her girlfriend worke for me cleaning my apartment and I owe her. I don't agree that. He never told me he will take $20 first place. Also I paid $50 to his girlfriend. It's $25 per hour charge. However, next door is my landlord friend and it become that I received 60 days notice move out. The other problem, my property manager, 4 plex, she stole my key from my dead volt on my front door without my permission and never returned even I requested. My next door and property manager made a story to landlord and I have to move out. Now I found that my next door's friend will move in my apartment that why my landlord want me move out. It's not fair.
