I am trying to evict an acquaintance out of my condo. She is staying there illegally. A request for entry of default was entered on 03/14/2013 against her. On 03/18/2013 I filed a judment for restitution of my property. What happens next? Should I be filing another form to have the court evict her or ???

You need to get the judgement actually entered. Then you need a writ of execution for possession and take that to the sheriff's department eviction unit.
