Can you evict a business from an apartment?

I would like to know if an apartment community can evict someone who rented their apartment in their own businesses' name. Basically, the business is leasing the apartment.

Individual tenants are businesses are not differentiated as to evictions.

Why should it matter whether the renter is a business or a private person. If a business could not be evicted, people would start using business names instead of their own.
