how to evict

I just recently bought a house with my gf. Then 2 days later her Mom and her bother moved in. Now I want them out. They been living there for 3 months. The house is in my name only. All the bills are in my gf name. what is that quickest way to get them out. I have not lease contract with them. Do I still have to evict them? If so, can I get them a 3-day evict notice
