Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Can I evict a tenant for not paying their electric and water bill for a year? I also have another tenant that has not paid for over 3 months. Can I evict both of them by giving them a 3 day notice?

Not likely, at least not if they "lawyer up." Technically you can only evict for non-payment of rent, not other fees and charges.
