can I be evicted for calling Health department

can my landlord evict me for calling the health department because of the repairs he hasn't made and I have been complaining about since july of 2005. The problems are heater does not work, carpet is old with holes and rips in it and electrical problems like the 5 outlets in my apt. work off of 3 different breaker boxes 1 in my apt. 1 in my neighbors apt.and 1 is outside.I have respritory problems and catching a minor cold can be a major problem for me to get rid of and can easly turn into something much worse

No, your landlord cannot legally evict you for being a so called "whistle-blower". In this event, you would have legal standing for a wrongful eviction suit predicated on the landlord's breach of duties to make repairs and maintain habitable premises.
