Can you be evicted from a home if the owners daughter is the one trying to do so and she is not on the lease?

Evidently, the owner's daughter is acting as the agent for the parent(s). You might try to communicate with the parents directly and see what their position is. If you have a written rental agreement, then that's what governs the relationship, not the daughter's desires.
