Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
i was evicted
the judge already give us a lockout date for the 25th of aug i heard of this thing called a stay of exicution can i still get a stay of exicution specialy since my grandma lives with me and shes 85 years old.and if so how do i do that???....

I doubt you will win. You already have until August 25, and you had better be prepared to pay the landlord, in cash, for the extra days.
