evicted and wanting back in

i was evicted last thursday and just found out that my lawyer had filed an appeal. we still havent had the hearing of the appeal. was the eviction wrongful? and can i still win the appeaal and get back in my home?

Why are you not asking your own attorney these questions? If the eviction occurred before the appeal was filed it is valid, if afterwards the eviction should not have occurred, but you will need the permission of the owner to get back in [the locks should have been changed].
