Evicting my ex boyfriend
How can I legally evict my ex boyfriend who did not sign the rental agreement but pays half the rent?

You would first give him either a 30 or 60 day notice depending how long he resided in the property. Then, you can file an unlawful detainer. Please call us if you have any other questions
