evicting squatters

Tenents moved out of my sisters rental and now there are non paying people living there. How do I go about evicting them. I dont want to give a pay or quit I want them out! property is a shambles

How long have they been there? If over thirty days then you must evict, otherwise call the police. Contact me directly.

You still must evict them.

Start with a 3 day notice and then file an unlawful detainer.
