Evicting a 23 yr old relative from my home

What legal form do I need to present to my 23 yr old son to ''give him notice'' to vacate my home?

If you are not charging rent, you would serve a 30 day notice to quit.

Mr. Rothman is correct. However, you would have to follow the notice with an unlawful detainer.
