eviction of adult step kids and there mates
When I got married I put my wife on the title of my home. I helped raise her 4 kids . Now my wife and are on non-speaking terms. She stays in a different room ect.. 2 years ago she allowed her older non-working son of 25 to move into the garage with his girlfriend. They are still in my garage with no change. Then she moved her newly wed pregnant daughter and her husband to move in. None of the above people are paying rent and I pay all the bills with no help from them. They are rude and do not speaik to me. They are extremly disrespectful. How do I evict them when there mom is allowing them to stay. I dont want these free loading people at my house any more

Quit claim deed? Was the house your separate property? Did you use your earnings to pay the mortgage? The deal is you'll probably have to file for divorce to gain control of the house. She may have a community property interest in the house or she may not. Title may be determined on the nature of the property whether community or separte rather than the deed. Call me directly.
