Re: eviction

You need to show ownership here, for a judge to evict somebody.

It is very apparent that there is a dispute here.

Go to DMV ASAP and register your title.

Obviously, the falling out between you and your brother is quite serious, so treat it as such (legally).

If you have the title registered with DMV, he cannot evict you. If he continues to claim title, there is a "cloud" on the title, and you will probably end with a judge deciding the matter.

If you need more, please do not hesitate to e-mail, or call, my office. And, you are going to need more help.

I sincerely appreciate your expression of "thanks"

for my time, as you are the first out of over one thousand of these answers (here and elsewhere where I donate my time) to notice, and thank me for my time, and your expression of "thanks" is extremely appreciated.
