How many days do you have after getting a entry of default.My landlord lied about service date and she changed the account thati paay rent at to make me loose my low income housing

Your first question can't be answered, because they have to file a separate set of papers with the sheriff to forcibly evict you.
You'll have to resubmit with clearer details as to your second sentence. However, I assume there was testimony about the service date, and judge believed her and not you, so that aegument is dead.
