Eviction defenses

There is mold in my apartment. The landlord wants to evict me for non-payment of rent. What should I do?

If the mold is pervasive, I would suggest you relocate. I'm not a health expert, but these types of things can be worrisome or even detrimental to one's health. As far as not paying rent goes, I trust that you put it in writing a while ago that you were concerned, that the mold should be abated, but was not. Good luck on your move.
