Eviction Documentation

If my name is incorrect on almost all of the eviction paperwork from the rental company and also the lawyer, is it still legal documentatio or is it void? On some of the paper work they have my first and middle name but no last name and on others they have my middle name as my last name with my actual last name no where on the document

I wouldn't stand on ceremony. If the rent owed is listed incorrectly, that's a different story. A court could always allow amendment of the paperwork according to proof. The first thing a lawyer would ask you at trial is to state and spell your name. Then the lawyer could ask the court to change the pleadings to reflect your true name. Case closed!
