What is the average length of a judgement in Ca. and can the collectors call me at work?

No one keeps track of an "average:. If you want to know how long a judgment lasts. the answer is 10 years.

To avoid being hassled at work, you, or your attorney should write a "cease and desist" letter, and my office, or other lawyers who deal with sp-called creditor's right, can prepare cuvh a letter for you.
