eviction

my landlord wants to evit us after 3 months lease said to pay a $1200 on nov 11 and tfen 200 per motn till paid total of 2300. was sort 100 on the 11 called her and said thats fine and it onto the balance. paid 200 dec 10 was pivin a 3 day or quit she said 200 to be on the first of month. lease dose not say any date just per month and since wepiad on the 11 of nov we would pay on the 11 of each month on jan 10 piad 200

she retuned it saying it s was to be paid on tne 1st and was 100 short from nov and filled a eviction.this can be right

Hi.

I would like to help but your spelling and grammar are terrible, and it is hard to guess at some of these facts.

As I read this, your landlady wants to be paid on the first of each month, and you think it should be the 11th. If, this is correct, it should be in the lease, or some written communication from her.

Also, at what stage is the eviction?

It may not be right, but if you are being evicted, and don't defend yourself, you lose.
