Can Landlord go in my studio

Court Process? Can LANDLORD

Throw me out with police before

The police would not be involved unless the landlord had a court order. You need to go to the local Superior Court branch which handles limited jurisdiction matters, and see if a lawsuit was filed and a judgment issued against you. You may havce grounds to set aside the judgment if the landlord fraudulently represented that you had been served with the lawsuit and you failed to respond, but I can guarantee that if the police were involved, there was a court order of some sort.
