Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
eviction
We live in an rv (recreational vehicle) park and my son broke a rule of the park and they served us with just a 72 hour notice. We never got any warnings about any bad behavior or rule breaking. We have lived here for 3 months. How long do we have till they can tow us or have the sherrif come?

Re: eviction
Sorry, but I cannot answer without reading the provisions of your lease, i.e. rental agreement.
I can all but promise you that the appropriate rule is buried in paperwork that you signed 3 months ago, upon registering at the park.
