Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I am going thru an eviction n the landlords son came by at 2am n starting yelling at my mother and calling her a bitch and telling her to get the f@*k out so she woke me and my boyfriend up and we went outside n he started threatening my boyfriend and he kept yelling for us to get out of his house. His mother is the one who owns the house. We called the cops and filed a report so what can we do now?

Sue him and the landlord for unfair debt collection practices. Of course your damages will be next to nothing, so probably not worth it.
There isn't a lot you can do in the civil area because you don't have concrete damages. In terms of the eviction, have you gone through the unlawful detainer process yet?
If it happens again, call the police the minute he starts yelling. You should be able to go down to the police dept and file a report on what happened last night.
