Do I need a Eviction notice to get boyfriend out of loft.?
I signed a 1 year lease, he is not on the lease, my boyfriend gives me half his rent in cash and some for the utility's i want him out, he has keys to the building, and the door, he wont leave, says i cant change the locks, because he has rights, as of April 1, he has paid nothing, what can I do, to get him out! Please help.

You need to give him a 3 day notice to pay rent or quit. The forms are available at this website, or in a number of other places on the web.
You then have to file eviction proceedings (unlawful detainer), unless he pays current for April within the 3 days. If he pays, give him a 30 day notice to quit (again available here, or elsewhere).
You can change the locks after he is out.
