Eviction notice, but my rent is paid

I paid my rent, hand walked it in to my manager, have receipt. Today I come home from work and an eviction notice to pay my rent was posted on my door, Is this harrassment?

The rent demand could be for previous months' rent or penalties. I can't be sure without seeing the notice. Feel free to contact me directly by e-mail with further details. In any case, you might go back to the manager's office to determine what it's all about. Don't discard any of your rent receipts.
