Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Eviction notice time requirement

My landlord has given me a 30 day notice to move out of my apartment. I think the law has changed to require a 60 day notice. Is this correct, and how should I handle getting her to adhere to this requirement. Thank You. C. Rose
