Wow. You didn't even know about the foreclosure -or- eviction. You should immediately visit a tenants' clinic in your area (perhaps in the courthouse, itself). You might be able to set aside the judgment and default as to you because you never received notice of the lawsuit, and then negotiate with the bank/new owner to either continue renting or to make some accommodation for you. But you must do so at once! (3/1/09 has come and gone. I assume you mean 4/1.)
