Can the landlord evict me if the rental agreements says no cats, dogs, birds, etc., and i have two cats?

Duh. Of course he can. But if you are physically or mentally disabled and you need an animal to allow you to live there, the landlord must approve a reasonable accommodation. However, even if you show you need a cat, that does not mean the landlord must allow two cats.
