Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Going through the eviction process and was in the hospital and missed my court date. My landlord entered my rental property while I was not there, without my permission and prior notifcation. can she enter my rental property with out the sheriffs department doing the lock out. Is my landlord with in legal rights?

Possibly - the landlord has the right to enter the apartment with reasonable notice, except in the case of an emergency, in which case they can enter with virtually no notice.
