eviction

my request for accomendations for a persons with a disability was denied without prejudice but stated that i can move for relief from judgement in this case what does this mean and how do i do this

I think you have to be clearer in what happened. On what basis were you evicted, what did you raise as a defense, what did the court decide exactly, what happened to the lawsuit [judgment issue, case dismisssed, etc.].

Simply put, "without prejudice" means the case is still open.

Your statement is not very clear, and I guess that you are disabled, which has something to do with an eviction.

The judge is permitting you to reopen a case you lost (Judgment), and reargue with additional facts.

You haven't given me any other facts, so that is about as far as I can go.
