Eviction of tenants

What is the procedure of evicting a trenant that is living on a month to month basis with no contract?

Also how many months or days are we required to give them ?

A 30 day notice is given if they resided less than a year and 60 day if more than a year. Then an unlawful detainer complaint is filed. Please contact our office and we can answer to questions. 714 363 0220.
