Hello I am currently a tentant in davis ca. When I moved in I signed a sublease aggreement that says the apt complex requires 1 check each month for the apt. I pay the girls that I subletted the apt from. I unfortuantly cant pay rent this month due to my car getting broken into in th eapt complex parking lot. What process do they have to go through to evict me?
