eviction

i have a trailer in my backyard that i was renting out. i asked my tenants to leave becuse of the trouble they and their visitors have been causing to me and my family. they said they were not leaving. is there a process or something that i can do to get them out? i dont mind if i have to take my trailer out. thank you

If the trailer is in your backyard, the tenants may be considered lodgers, and you simply serve them a 30 day notice, and if they don't leave after 30 days, you can call the police to have them removed and charged with trespassing. Good luck.
