The complaint that was served on you should have a case number on it - check with the local courthouse to find out what's happened with that case. If a default judgment has been entered, then call the civil division of the sheriff's office and ask them how evictions work in your area - each county does this differently. The longer you wait to move out, the bigger the judgment will be against you, since the landlord can add his costs to evict you to the judgment. It would be better for you if you could negotiate a dismissal/settlement with the landlord - you might be able to avoid having the eviction show up on your credit, which will make it easier to rent in the future.
