Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
How do I get my ex-husband out of my home that has no lease or rental aggreement. I own my home purchased it when we were legally seperated as married women sole property, We are divorced as of 9/02/2009 are divorce aggreement states we are to live seperatly, been asking him to move for 8 months . Wrote him a 30 day notice to vacate premises. Please Help

Call the cops, have a certified copy of the order in your hand along with a copy of your deed, and have him arrested for trespass.
