Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

My family owns a property with an operating business .

Two of my brothers formed a LLC. They are renting the property from the rest of the siblings. The main house has a gift shop and admittance turn-about downstairs. My question is if this is a business lease are they allowed to spend the night and have friends staying in the main house has nothing to do with the business ? I am not allowed to go into house (states in lease without notice) and that I understand

thank you the business resides in San Francisco Ca.

A lease holder is entitled to do anything with the property that does not damage it, is not prohibited by the lease, and is allowed under state and local laws and ordinances. So unless there is a prohibition in the lease, or it is a violation of local zoning or other ordinances, they are allowed to do as they please as far as occupancy and use of the house.
