Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
my fathers house is in a trust..he died in jan 2010. I now get the house. How do i get the other people living there out of the house. No lease..they pay for nothing

It is impossible even to begin to answer this qestion without reviewing the trust documents and your father's will. For starters you may have to probate the will. At a minimum you will have to comply with the trust instrument's terms. Right now the trust owns the property and someone is the successor trustee. There is nothing that can be done until the successor trustee's authorization is confimed.
