Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I feel I am being wrongfully evicted. I texted my landlord asking that he have the kids keep it down. He said he no that they were celebrating and they are kids then said this isn't working out you need to move out within 30-45 days. He has now cut our interent (which is included in the rent). What can I do?

Write him a letter or e-mail demanding that the internet be re-installed as it is part of what your rented and he can not end a service that is covered by the rental charge. He must give you a written 30 day notice.
