Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
My fiance has forced me to move out in 2 days. I do not pay rent but I do pay utilties and groceries which adds up to what he pays in rent a month. I have lived in the home for over a year and a half. How long does he legally need to give me to move out?

It is likely you have rights as a co-tenant but you need to provide more information on the lease, whether the rental unit is located in a "rent control" area and other information. Either way, 2 days is not sufficient time.
