Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I am currently fighting eviction. A process server says he substitute service to a person at my home. The person named that was served does not exist. Plus I was home at the time that this person was suppose to have been served. I found this out after my Motion to Quash was denied. Is there somewhere I can make a complaint against this Process Server? Is there somewhere I can charge I can charge him with perjury? I am in Orange County California

Go to the person's boss, if they have one. You should have looked at the proof of service before filing your motion. Such motions buy you some time but do not solve the problems.
