can i file appeal on my unlawful d etainer stipulation and judgment

Re: file appeal
If you signed a stipulation, that means that you agree to the terms expressed in the stipulation. You can only get out of those terms if you show physical duress, you were mentally incompetent at the time, or that you misunderstood what you were signing. I suspect you merely have a change of "heart" and now feel that you should not have agreed to the stipulation. If people could get out of stipulations just because they had changed their mind, what force would a stipulation have? If the judgment is based upon the stipulations, then you also have no basis to challenge the judgment.
